Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Expiration Dates: I understand that DermaGym requires a 24-hour minimum cancellation notice for all appointments. The fee $50 for the scheduled massage will be charged to the credit card, gift certificate, or prepaid massage package on file for any cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice or a no-show for the appointment, with no exceptions. ALL packages expire 12 months form the date of purchase.
